SALMON FRY

SALMON FRY

The fishing season is slowly beginning to emerge, what with the torrential rains last week the lakes & rivers are flooded & the bridges overflowing.I remember going fishing near my parent’s farm as a kid with cousins & all,it was more excitement than the real fish, later used to fry it over fire in a simple preparation & enjoy eating it after all the fun of a sunny day.The first time I walked into a Bass Pro shop here in Chicago, I had no idea to the wonderment that struck me inside,I was in the midst of professional anglers and had never imagined there could be so many types of fishing equipment. This season signed up for learning fishing with my kid, since both of us are beginners and would love to share the outdoors & the fun involved in fishing ,so here I go introducing the various flavors in fish just to get us started for the season. This recipe is a quick & easy one, the only time required would be for marination, the rest would be divine.
