Ingredients

  • To marinate:
  • 30 30 -40 Prawns ( medium sized)

  • 4 tbsp 4 Tomato sauce-

  • 2 tbsp 2 Soya sauce

  • 2 tbsp 2 Chilli powder

  • 1/4 tsp 1/4 Turmeric powder

  • 1 tsp 1 Coriander powder

  • 1 tsp 1 Pepper powder

  • 2 tsp 2 Ginger garlic paste

  • Salt- to taste

  • Oil – for frying

Directions

  • Marinate prawns for 1-2 hours, with the above ingredients after mixing them well.
  • Heat oil in a thick bottomed vessel & deep fry or shallow fry according to your choice.
  • Serve hot as a starter or with rice.Enjoy.
