Ingredients

  • 3 large 3 Fish ( cut in pieces)

  • 3 tbsp 3 Mangalore thaal powder

  • Salt-to taste

  • 2 tbsp 2 Lemon juice

  • 2 tsp 2 Maida/All purpose flour

  • 3 tsp 3 Fine sooji

  • Oil- for frying

Directions

  • Mix all the ingredients(2-6) together & coat the fish on both sides with the paste,let it marinate in the paste for 1-2 hours in the refrigerator.
  • Then, heat oil in a wok & deep fry/shallow fry the fish.
  • Ready to serve:)
