Cauliflower & Green peas Curry
Curry (plural curries) is a variety of dishes originating in the Indian subcontinent that use a complex combination of spices and herbs, usually including ground turmeric, cumin, coriander, ginger, and fresh or dried chilies. Curry is generally prepared as a sauce. Curry dishes prepared in the southern states of India, where the word also originated, may be spiced with leaves from the curry leaf tree (and is not to be confused with the curry sauce ! This recipe is a Cauliflower and Green Peas curry, the combination of veggies always a hit in south Indian homes, and goes well as a accompaniment to piping hot rice or flat breads.
