Potato Bell Pepper Bajee
2.Spring Onions- a bunch
3.Bell peppers-Red/yellow/orange/green – 2 cups
4.Chilli powder- 2 tsp
5.Turmeric pwd- 1/2 tsp
6.Pepper pwd-1 tsp
7.Mustard seeds-1/2 tsp
8.Uradh dhal -1/2 tsp
9.Channa dhal-1/2 tsp
10.Salt- to taste
11.Oil- 2 tbsp
12.Water- 1/4 cup
1.Heat oil in a wok,do the seasoning with uradh,channa dhal & mustard seeds.
2.Now add the finely cut spring onions,saute for a few minutes,then add turmeric powder to it.
3.To this add the potatoes( cut into small pieces/cubes) & saute it for a few minutes.
4.Now add the chilli powder & pepper powder to the above & saute for a few minutes.
5.To this add the bell peppers & salt to taste,with water & allow it to cook for 10 minutes with the lid covered.
6.Garnish with spring onions & serve hot with chappatis:)
