1.Fish- 3 large( cut in pieces)
2.Mangalore thaal powder- 3 tbsp
4.Lemon juice -2 tbsp
5.Maida/All purpose flour- 2 tsp
6.Fine sooji- 3 tsp
7.Oil- for frying
1.Mix all the ingredients(2-6) together & coat the fish on both sides with the paste,let it marinate in the paste for 1-2 hours in the refrigerator.
2.Then, heat oil in a wok & deep fry/shallow fry the fish.
